Refund Policy

• All registration canceled on or before July 31, 2026 is refundable.
• Vendor registration canceled on or after August 1, 2026 will receive partial (50% of standard vendor registration rate) refund.
• Vendor registrations canceled on or after August 21, 2026 are NOT refundable
• Attendee registration canceled on or before August 20, 2026 is refundable. Any attendee registration canceled on or after August 21, 2026 are NOT refundable. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual; the invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant.

(In the event AEMA must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, AEMA will refund the cost of registration. However, AEMA does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.)
